Job Description:
We are currently seeking qualified Class 1 Long haul truck drivers, responsible for delivering freight (Reefer) safely and efficiently to customers in Canada only.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 Commercial DL without restrictions
- Clear commercial abstract and safety record
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience (Mountain and Winter Experience)
- Knowledge of hours of service and axle weights
- Fluent English - Written & Verbal
- Physically fit and able to perform the required vehicle trip inspections
Duties / Expectations:
- Hooking/unhooking trailers
- Like picks and drops
- Adhere to all safety standards including thorough pre-trip inspections and submitting E-Logs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Proper use of Electronic Logs
- Maintain professional-looking equipment
- Have a positive attitude and good personal hygiene
