• Safety - Drivers have the Right to Decide and assess the situation to determine if it's safe to drive
• Equipment - Bison tractors are on average under two years old; three years for trailers
• Compensation - Safe mile bonus paid quarterly, regional premiums, fuel subsidy, benefits and more
• Pay - Bison Company Drivers are paid weekly

Position Profile:

• Running in Alberta and British Columbia with some Saskatchewan and Manitoba as needed
• Running five-to-seven days out, open-board
• Typically, late morning start. Hours and days of work might change from time to time according to operational demands
• Earning combination of mileage and drops
• Regional contract applies
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week

Candidate Profile:

• Owner-operator with tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class 1/AZ Licence is required
• Must be able to drive HWY 1 & 3 in B.C
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Must be willing to haul all commodities
• Reliable, flexible and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
